We'll curate a selection of exceptional options for your retreat, saving you time and effort while ensuring an inspiring and engaging experience for your team.
Proposals: Provide a proposal with options for destinations, accommodation, activities, and working & meeting spaces.
Partners: Facilitate introductions to trusted partners for value-added services eg. team coaching and leadership development.
Confirmation: Finalize details and confirm booking.
03 — Plan
Relax and let us handle all the logistical details in the lead up to the retreat, so you can focus on your team.
Itinerary: Create a detailed itinerary and schedule, including planned activities, free time, and mealtimes.
Logistics: Travel arrangements (transfers), accommodation (including room assignments), meeting space & AV, and catering (with dietary considerations).
Retreat Website: Develop and maintain a dedicated retreat website for sharing information, resources, and updates with participants.
04 — Prepare
We'll ensure your team is informed, excited, and fully prepared for the retreat, fostering a sense of anticipation and maximizing the value of the experience.
Team Kick-Off: Hold a pre-retreat meeting to brief the team and build excitement.

Welcome: Welcoming and orientation of participants at venue.
